Mr. Alain Koum is a diplomat, expert in Migration and Development, Diaspora and local development matters. He holds a Master’s in Diplomacy under the Economic Cooperation option from the Institut des Relations Internationales (IRIC) at the Unviersité de Yaoundé, Cameroon. Since 2013, he has been working at the Ministry of Foreign Relations (Cameroonians abroad, foreigners in Cameroon, Refugees et Migration Matters) as a support staff for many of the ministry’s projects
