The platform organized its first webinar in June to reflect on the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on meeting the Global Compact for Migration (GCM) goals in Africa. The webinar was also an opportunity for the platform’s network to convene virtually, since they cannot meet face to face at this moment as the coronavirus continues to rage across countries.
